What we collect
When you sign up to marktr we collect the information you provide during onboarding — your business name, industry, website, current marketing summary, social handles, and goals — together with the email address you sign up with. We also store any messages, files, or feedback you exchange with our team through the portal.
How we use it
Your information is used to deliver the marketing service you've paid for: tailoring strategy, producing weekly content, tracking performance, and communicating with you. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for advertising.
Where it lives
Account and content data is stored on Postgres (Neon), authenticated via Clerk, and media files are hosted on Cloudinary. Our application runs on Vercel. Each of these providers has its own security and privacy posture; details are available on their public sites.
We send transactional emails for activity in your account (new content, new reports, new messages). You can opt out of these any time from your settings.
Removing your data
If you close your account, your record is soft-deleted immediately and stops being surfaced. To request a full erasure of your account and content, email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
