The service
marktr is a client portal for our marketing agency. It gives your business a single place to receive weekly content, read your strategy, view analytics, and communicate with our team. The agency engagement itself — including scope and deliverables — is governed by your separate signed agreement with us.
Accounts
Each business is one account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. If something looks wrong, message your account team straight away.
Content delivered to you
Content we produce for your business — images, video, captions, and strategy documents — is delivered through this portal for your business to use on your owned social channels. You may not resell or redistribute it.
Content you provide
You retain ownership of any information, files, and feedback you upload. By uploading them you grant us a limited license to use them for delivering your service.
Acceptable use
Don't upload anything illegal, infringing, or misleading. Don't attempt to access or interfere with another business's data on the portal.
Changes
If we make material changes to these terms we'll let you know via the portal before they take effect.
